This page is used for submitting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) form for Custom or Off-The-Shelf-Design (OSD) enclosures. If you are undecided as to the style of enclosure you need, you can still complete this form and provide us with a description of your enclosure. If we require additional information, we will contact you, accordingly.

Lead-time Info	PEI provides short lead-time for prototype and and low volume (25 to 10,000) production quantities of enclosures. In order to best meet your needs, we require information on the size and timing for your project. PEI's minimum order value is $400. The quantity ordered may need to be adjusted to meet the current Minimum Order Value.

Enclosure Style (select one)	Before selecting an Enclosure Style,you should review our OSD Selection Chart to see if your enclosure is similar to one of those shown. Our OSD program is designed to reduce cost and leadtime for delivery. If you are unsure of the style you will need, select the Undecided button and provide a description in the appropriate comments sections throughout this form.
Custom Style		CChoose this style if your enclosure shape and/or access configuration is not similar to one of our Off-the-Shelf Designs - see OSD selection chart, below. If you select this style, please skip to the Enclosure Size section of this form.
OSD Style		Choose this style if your enclosure is similar to one of our Off-the-Shelf Designs. If you select this style, you must selectone of our OSD configurations from the OSD Selection Chart. below.
Undecided		Choose this style if you are unsure whether your enclosure will meet our OSD requirements. If you select this style, please skip to the Enclosure Size section of this form and be sure to provide a descrition of your enclosure requirements in the comments section.

Shielding - RFI/EMI Copper Sprayed Coating
Not Required	Pre-Shielded - $	Least Costly Method - Plastic sheets are shielded before cutting. Good for RFI/EMI shielding.
TBD - To Be Determined	In-Process - $$	Moderately Costly - Plastic sheets are pre-shielded, CNC cut, and then manually 'touched up' in areas that need additional coverage.
	Post Shielding - $$$	Most Costly Method - Parts are cut, assembled, masked and then shielded. Preferred for grounding multiple panels and RFI/EMI.
